What a week! The trailer has new mostly permanent location. We'll be opening on weekdays for lunch soon as a trial run.  We got a nice wood frame built around our generator, thanks Rich for helping! We slapped some scrap wood around it to protect it and block some sound, in time, I'll get the box nice looking too. Some of the Neon signs showed up! I am still waiting on the sign, but this fits our look. We got it at Amazon, affiliate link . Our open sign came! For our opening menu will try to keep it simple, while in time I plan on adding more options I want the kitchen to focus on our core reasons for existing in the first place: Food safety and value. When I paid too much for a old, dry, cold, tiny, shriveled burger at a fast food chain thought "ENOUGH" and the store was gross!
